Hydrogen Fuel Cell Robot Project

Posted 17 Oct 2003 at 20:42 UTC by steve Share This

Congratulations are due the members of the Mendocino High School Science Club, who have created what may be the first hydrogen fuel cell powered robot as part of their Hydrogen Fuel Cell Robot Project. The robot doesn't have a name yet but a school-wide naming contest will be held shortly. The Fuelcell Store helped the club get a fuel cell and the robot's controller is based on a Parallax BASIC Stamp. The website also includes more info on the other components in the fuel system and the companies that provided them.
