Dubai will be creating a a robotic Jurassic Park! The $1.1 billion dollar theme park named "Restless Planet" will be filled with huge robotic and animatronic dinos and be sort of like Spielburg's vision from the movie Jurassic Park. These Huge robotic dinos will roam the park and will even exhibit some lifelike behavior like going after people with red shirts and breathe and stink. Besides a T-Rex and other land dinosaurs there will also be the occasional Pterodactyl flying overhead and an aquarium of swimming dinos too. The ruling party of Dubai is commissioning the Natural History Museum to build the park six miles off their coast in an area called the City of Arabia. Dubai wants to redefine itself from an oil-rich country to a theme park tourist country. The robotic Jurassic Park is the first and largest of four mega-science-theme-parks they plan to build. The park is set to open in 2010, however, Gizmodo says they'll open 2008. Here's their City of Arabia website and here's some Restless Planet Park Concept video.
