Time for a robot news roundup! Heimo Aga writes, "I just posted a four-minute video about this year's Robot Sumo European Championship in Vienna". Several readers sent links to the creepy robot mouth that's making the viral video rounds these days. VIA let us know about their latest Pico-ITX creation, the ARTiGO, a tiny PC based on a 64-bit VIA Nano CPU. While not exactly an embedded processor, the little box can run GNU/Linux and is powered by 12V, making it handy for certain types of robots. The Swirling Brain swirled up a couple of stories for us too including a PopSci story on South Korean underwater search and rescue robots and a CNET News story on the successor to NASA's well-known Robonaut that will be called, you guessed it, Robonaut 2. Know any other robot news, gossip, or amazing facts we should report? Send 'em our way please. And don't forget to follow us on twitter.
