Not suprisingly for the Christmas season, there's more WowWee news. First WowWee's RoboReptile made our Top 10 Robot Christmas Gifts list, then there was video of the WowWee Dragonfly. Now, Khalid J Hosein of the WowWee marketing website, RoboCommunity, writes, "We're running an insightful interview with Davin Sufer, CTO of WowWee. Davin talks about his role at WowWee, robots in society, and gives some insight into what the future holds for robot enthusiasts." The interview reveals a few details of coming robot toys. RFID will be used in some capacity in a toy to be released in 2007. They're also working on improving the intelligence of their robots and hope to reveal details in "early 2008" of a home appliance robot that will be as practical as the Roomba.
