A new Bay Area start-up launched by Furby Creator Caleb Chung sets out to make mechanical animals with emotions. Mercury News Article.

A News.com video report of a pretty cute baby dinosaur shows some good motion and interactivity. The company website doesn't appear to be very informative other than "fluff speak". A galance at some press releases said something about 40 sensors, etc. Due to a store near you in Q3 for $200, barring any legal entanglements.
