RobotShop a robotics distribution company, headquartered in Québec, Canada, and representing over 200 manufacturers, has initiated a new program to help inventors and developers bring their products to market. Called the RobotShop Accelerator, the program begins with engineering assistance, with an eye to simplification, optimization, and targeting market segments, then moves on to pairing with a manufacturer for an initial production run, which RobotShop acquires for sale through its website, paying royalties to the inventor/developer. It would appear to be a good deal for all concerned!
