How To Turn Autopay Off On Lending Club

To turn off autopay on Lending Club, log in to your Happen Bank Member Center and locate the Manage Auto Pay option to cancel automatic payments. Disabling autopay means you are responsible for making manual payments on time to avoid potential late fees.

Log in to turn off autopay lending club

Access the MyAccount or Member Center on the Happen Bank website where Lending Club loans are now serviced. Use your existing login credentials to enter your account dashboard. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the login page before proceeding.

Locate the Manage Auto Pay option

Within your online account, locate and select the Manage Auto Pay option to cancel automatic payments. This setting is typically found under the Payments or Account Management section of your Member Center. If you intend to change the bank account linked to your autopay, navigate to Settings and then Payment Methods in your Member Center instead.

Select the loan with autopay enabled

From the Manage Auto Pay page, identify the specific loan or loans currently set to automatic payments that you want to change. Each loan will display its autopay status clearly. Select the checkbox or toggle next to the loan you wish to modify.

Disable autopay for the selected loan

After selecting the loan, choose the option to disable or turn off autopay. Canceling automatic payments does not eliminate your loan obligation; you must still make payments through an alternative method. Confirm the deactivation when prompted.

Change your payment method if needed

If you also need to update the bank account used for future manual payments, navigate to Settings then Payment Methods to update the bank account linked to your payments. This step is optional but recommended if your previous bank account was tied to the now-disabled autopay.

Confirm the changes and understand what happens next

Review that autopay is off by checking the status indicator on your loan details page. Know you must make manual payments on time to avoid late fees, and be aware stop payment orders may incur bank fees if you request one through your financial institution. Set a calendar reminder for each upcoming due date.

Get help if you can't find the option

If you are unable to find the online option or require assistance, contact customer service. A representative can help you disable autopay or manage your loan payments over the phone.
