This update allows users to sync their Apple Card, Apple Cash, and savings from Apple Card accounts directly within the PocketGuard app. This new feature offers great convenience and a seamless financial tracking experience for the users. How To Sync Apple Wallet with PocketGuard Before getting started there are a few steps you have to go through to make sure that your phone is compatible with both PocketGuard and Apple Wallet. Also, it goes without saying that you can only use Apple Wallet if you have an iPhone or other Apple device. Commiserations Android enthusiasts! To get started simply follow the following steps: -- Update your iPhone to iOS version 17.4 -- Download the latest version of PocketGuard (5.7) -- Enable "Background App Refresh" in your iPhone Settings for the PocketGuard app. If you don’t do this, your Apple Wallet account won’t be able to automatically sync with your PocketGuard app. After you follow these steps you should have no problems with using your PocketGuard app while it’s connected to your Apple Wallet. Connecting To Apple Wallet as a PocketGuard User If you’re already a frequent user of Apple Wallet as well as Apple Card then the good news is that it's pretty simple to sync up. All you need to do is pay close attention to its connection with your PocketGuard account. If you’re setting up a new account with us, or for whatever reason you have a new Apple Wallet account that you want to connect to PocketGuard, then you need to follow these steps: -- Go to the sidebar or Transactions tab and click the "Import transactions" icon. -- Then click the option to connect with Apple Wallet. -- Finally, all you need to do is to click "Import transactions" to complete the sync. If a connection is removed, none of your accounts will be deleted and your transaction histories won’t be adversely affected either. All of the accounts you have associated with your Apple Wallet connection will be unlinked as a result, but it's easy to reconnect them if you want to. All that’s needed is to follow the steps outlined above.
