Reuters is carrying a story on the General Dynamics robotic version of the Stryker combat vehicle. The Stryker is actually a family of similar vehicles. Most versions are conventional manned combat vehicles. The Army is currently deploying six brigades made up of 2,133 of the manned Strykers. Extensive testing of the autonomous Stryker is expected to begin next month at a Fort Bliss, Texas, facility.
