We reported last year on the Single Neuron Theory of
Consciousness proposed by Steven Sevush of University of Miami
School of Medicine. Sevush has now released a revised and expanded
version his paper
on the theory. In his own words: "the resulting scheme is one in
which conscious behavior appears to be the product of a single
macroscopic mind, but is actually the integrated output of a chorus of
minds, each associated with a different neuron." A similar theory
called Single Cell
Consciousness was proposed by Jonathan CW Edwards of the University
of London.
If your system is as nifty as it's supposed to, why not tart it up with
web access and get it to spam everywhere for you?
Alternatively, try and participate a bit more in actual discussions.
For example, what do you think is right or wrong with this singly-neuron
business? Don't just say you have an alternative. In the same way, if
you really do need someone's help to get money out of a country, don't
email total strangers in capital letters.
Oh, and Wedesoft - good find and all, but for a start I only jut clicked
on your link. At first, I assumed you were a fake ID for Menti. Second
point is we should probably just ignore him...
