Well, there's a small problem in using the TXT-1 as a robot.
Good steering(zero turning radius) is possible using
the "skid steer" or the "differential steer" method, which
is unlike the TXT-1.This makes control a bit difficult when
the robot is autonomous.
The TXT- 1 is capable of 4 wheel steering(4WS),but still has a turning radius.I've still to try it out.
Well,my 1/10 scale Tamiya TXT-1 monster truck just
arrived.This will be
my
basic platform.I will be loading a 1 GigHz Mini-ITX onto it.
Will be updated at Machinegrid.com
I puta writeup on how to solder an accelerometer,
specifically the ADXL202E from Analog Devices.
