Hello, My name is Mike and I came from Poland. I am studding on Posnan Institute of Technology. Sorry for my English I am steel learning :) I have been making robots since....I don't remamber - it was so long time ago (for about 15). Now I am constructing my second humanoid robot HMU-2. My first humanoid robot was described in the newspaper "Electronic For All", and it was my greater achevement(in wilder field of course becouse simple making robots give me enough satisfaction). Now, as I said, I am working on the new humanoid robot which will be show in Poland festival - "Robots Sumo". ...finaly I have time to work at my new project HMU-2. I can't believe that there are so much cool stuff at the Internet auctions (prices are also cool :). Now I am collecting gears from old motorbikes to make caterpillar propulsion...
...what now is only a dream tomorrow will be real...I wonder if it is possible to create independent being based on Si, I heard something about connected processors that can communicate with each other and create better one (it sound like evolution)...very interesting
hello, I am looking for some information about gyros. I am building humanoid robot and I am wonder how to build flexibile conection between head and torso. In my previous project there were no flexibile connection so when the robot moved the head gain a vibrations. If someone have any information to help me solve my problem I will be greatfull. misiu_u@tlen.pl
