Notes: BS electronics engineering + MS computer engineering + Real-time computing experience + Avionics software experience + Motion control experience = inevitable robotics career. Or I hope I would get there eventually...(if anybody has clout for getting people into any of CMU's phd robotic programs LET ME KNOW! :-)

Currently doing part time (read: barely any) research on feasibility of a new method of ground based locomotion ... hopefully phd thesis material.

Would be interested in getting connected with anyone in the fort worth area who is putting together a team for competition ...

Here's a really cool tool for anyone doing research on designs that are not statically stable. Heck it's usefull for static stuff too, but for "relaxed static stability" :-) designs it can save wear and tear on your hardware as you work on control laws.
