The D2 is a robot I personaly designed for AI research, the goal is to create a sort of a smart V.R. pet of sorts. It can talk, listen to and follow spoken commands, it knows if there is light or darkness around it, it knows the temperature, and time and date. It can navigate around the apartment/house, and it can auto recharge itself when needed.

V.R. pet, play games, alarm-clock (can be set to wake you up) can guard house, becouse it has an X10, can remotly turn on/off pluged in items.

Specifications: a combonation of 5 networked micro-controlers with very speacel software custum made for this robot system.

Parts used:
main computer is run on a 3866EX-25, (2) bs2 micro-controlers and to custom made chips ( micro-controlers )

Problems encountered:
a hole mess of them, this is way to complex for the avrage user to do... no many problems to list here.
