The objective of my robot is to push the opponent robot
out of the arena.In Japan, its called the sumo robot but
ours is a 10kg weight limit instead of 3.Her dimensions
are 30cm × 30cm and has either 4 or 6 wheels(at our own
whim). She is powered by 2 super high torque 12V motor
with gear reduction to a sensible speed.
She features very low center of gravity and intelligent
control system of locating the opponent.(Her problem
include running straight and some mis aligment)
It started of mid April 2000 and completed in a month's
time before it took part in the Singapore Robotic games
in May 26 2000.She was awarded bronze after defeating
some 20++ opponents.
Her cost was an "amazing" S$1200 (approx US$700) which was
much much less that other robots.
