The chassis is made of 1" square 4130 chromoly tubing, and powder coated, then covered by 1/4" thick Lexan. Rear cover is 5052-H32 (but should have been 6061-T6). The 14" diameter pneumatic tires are driven directly by Quickie P200 wheel chair motors. Top speed 10 mph. Flexy is the Robotic Season 2 Champion.
