SuperREGIS is a teleoperated robotic webcam which can be controlled via the internet. Web controls allow left and right rotation and forward motion. REGIS sends back video frames at approximately 1 second intervals. The robot will not run into obstacles, so you need not worry about running into things while driving him around.
