Notes: LogoBot is a robot which is supposed to interpret logo files and draw them. It has to be very precise to achieve this and, unfortunately, it is very demanding as far as the smoothness of the surface on which it is drawing is concerned.
It has two wheels on stepper motors and a free third wheel. It still lacks the pen up/pen down mechanism, which we plan to make using an electromagnet.
The logo files are sent via serial cable from the PC, and the program on the robot manages the parsing, interpreting and drawing. We are using a PIC16F877, the program is written in C.
LogoBot can not only draw straight lines, but also arcs, although this part of the program still needs corrections :)
