Notes: Cerebellum is PC based robotics engine running on Win32 that allows language and hardware independent remote development and debugging specifically designed to allow extreme rapid development of robotic applications. The Cerebellum tool set includes an IDE, byte code engine, system monitor and various COM objects that facilitate rapid connection and use of robotics related hardware peripherals.
