So robots.net has posted their christmas shopping list.. and i note that once again, none of the kits have motion feedback sensors on them. Encoders are still missing first and foremost, then gyros/accelerometers, and full IMUs. Cmon guys, its long past time to take this hobby to the next level and start building real robots. without feedback, the possibilities will remain foreved limited. You are not going to build a robot that will fetch a beer from fridge without motion feedback.
