Notes:

Constructed a six legged 3 servo robot from cardboard, hot glue and wire for fun. Have now rebuilt this robot with an aluminium frame and Basic Stamp 1. It's configuration is similar to Lynxmotions Hexapod 1 kit. Constructed a Rug Warrior Pro mobile robot and added a servo and ultrasonic ranger to it for map building and path planning experiments for my uni thesis. Attempted another larger six legged robot with 20 servos and 3 PIC16F84 servo controllers and a Basic Stamp 2 as communications interface / LCD controller... The robot had an aluminium / plastic body. However the servos I had were not up to the task, so now I have built a 4 legged 8 servo robot instead.
