Notes: Hi, I am a computer science lecturer (US people would probably say professor) and PhD student at the Stockholm University, Sweden. The research for my thesis is not specifically in robotics, although sometimes close to it: computer mediated communication. Some of the issues I study involve autonomous agents, an area very relevant to robotics. I have a licentiate degree in computer science. I was the press officer of Robocup_99, that was held here in Sweden. I have recently completed my 9:th robot, Stampe 9, a two-legged walker. Stampe 8 is a one-legged walker (with passive supports from the body), Stampe 6 and 7 are six legged walkers, Stampe 5 uses wheels with adjustable angles to make it turn around any point, and Stampe 4 is a three legged walker. Stampe 1-3 don't exist any more, except as some of the parts in Stampe 4-6, robot cannibalism... /Mats
