      <description>Planning on checking out flight schools this weekend. I am also looking into PIC &#xD;
vs. Basic Stamps for a robot to enter in DPRG contests. &#xD;

&lt;p&gt; My current hardware on hand is an old laptop, part of a &lt;a href="http://&#xD;

id=270" &gt;Battlebot&lt;/a&gt;, and a &lt;a href="http://www.acscontrol.com/&#xD;
Index_ACS.asp?Page=/Pages/Products/USB/USB_Servo_Controller.htm" &gt;SSC&#xD;
&lt;/a&gt;. I was going to use the SSC with Wifi to &#xD;
control the Battlebot but ran into a snag when so much of the development was &#xD;
contingent on Windows. I found some drivers in Mac and Linux but haven't had &#xD;
the time to test them. &#xD;

&lt;p&gt; I'd really like to develop something like the &lt;a href="http://ece-&#xD;
www.colorado.edu/academics/ug/f02_4610expo.html" &gt;hovering monkeys&#xD;
&lt;/a&gt;. </description>
