TeamUR the Third is finally a real robot: two IR collision sensors have been installed. Since the control algorithm is very simple sometimes it gets stuck in a corner. The latest addition is Sharp GP2D120 distance measuring sensor, which can be rotated on top of a servo. All those new components consume more and more energy from the battery. The next TeamUR will have Li-ion battery - no doubt!
