MTV gives us a peek of the first image of Spider-Man's nemesis in the next episode. Doc Oct is a fusion of evil atomic scientist with robotic tentacles bent on being bad with Peter Parker. The multi-legged cyborg freak bad guy should be a perfect match for our aracnid web slinging friendly neighborhood hero. Columbia Pictures' Spider-Man 2 sequel is slated to come out July 2, 2004.
