Version 0.7 of the leading Open Source Verilog tool is out and provides simulation, synthesis, and compilation of IEEE-1364 Verilog code. It compiles on Linux and other Unix systems and can produce XNF and EDIF files suitable for use with Xilinx components. Icarus Verilog is Free Software licensed under the GNU GPL and includes full source code.
