Back in April of 2001, we reported on a UAV called The Spirit of Butts Farm. Essentially an autonomous model airplane, the vehicle was built by members of the DCRC with the intention of crossing the Atlantic Ocean. After a year of work, they're ready for their first attempt at the crossing and will have real-time telemetry available on their web site.
