TheForce.net has updated their Droid List for the upcoming movie Episode II of Star Wars. Of course there are spoilers on this page, so only look if don't mind the spoilers. The Star Wars droids are what got me all excited about robots long ago, and hearing and seeing about all the cool new robots (even if there isn't a lot of pictures) still gives me goose bumps.
