We're use to seeing robots build automobiles and circuit boards, but more and more we're seeing production of relatively low-tech products make use of the latest advances. One example: Innovative Block of South Texas will produce concrete blocks and pavers in their new automated plant. The result - lower costs, a more consistent product, and fewer human workers. The humans now do higher-level jobs such as solving problems and managing work-flow instead of repetitive or dangerous tasks.
