A reader submitted a link to a Computing article about a flying robot developed by Tim MacMillan for the Eden Project to help in conservation of rainforests. Flybot flies by means of a helium balloon and caries sensors and cameras for monitoring the plant canopy. At present the robot is being used inside the Eden Biome.
