CMU Botball Club Launched in Qatar

A CMU press release indicates that CMU Qatar has helped start a Botball robotics club in Doha, Qatar. The club will hold the first ever international Botball competition. Botball was originally started by the KISS Institute for Practical Robotics in 1993. Until now, the Botball Challenges have only been held in the US. Students from several secondary schools in Doha will build robots from Lego kits will hold the first International Botball Challenge on May 21.
