David Murray of CMU writes, "Just wanted to let you guys know that the Robocup US Open is currently being broadcast live over the Internet and is available to the general public from May 8-10th. To tune in, you can visit I figured your readers would be very interested in this broadcast! :)". The US Open is being held in Atlanta, Georgia this year. ESM status = "Not Running", posted 9 May 2005 at 21:25 UTC by roschler » (Master)

Whenever I go to the broadcast page:

It says the status for the Robocup broadcast is "not running"

However you can watch NASA TV and listen to the Grateful Dead (is there a connection between the two :) )?

Robocup American Open, posted 11 May 2005 at 21:04 UTC by jlin » (Master)

Looking at the time of your post, there were no games running at that time. In fact we were all on our way to the banquet where we ate "southern food" and listened to a bluegrass band sing like Donald Duck. =)

The really sad part though is the Associated Press got their article wrong and claimed that UT Austin won the American Open for the Four Legged League when UT Austin was 3rd and CMU was 1st. So now everywhere is misreporting the results. =(

Hopefully some teams will be posting videos soon. I have a few myself that I may post eventually.
