Toradex AG of Switzerland has released a new Linux microcontroller, called the Colibri, that looks intersting for robot builders. This one is a SODIMM form factor (36.7 x 67.6 mm) board with an Intel XScale PXA270 running at either 312 or 520 MHz. The board includes 64 MB SDRAM, 32 MB flash, 100 Mb Ethernet, up to 800x600 LCD driver, USB host, USB device, 3 UARTs, 3 synchronous serial ports, I2C, 16bit audio, CMOS/CCD image port as well as timers and PWM.
