WorkPartner Outdoor Service Robot

Trevor Bommersbach writes, Helsinki University of Technology's WorkPartner platform is a tele-robotics humanoid with 4 wheel independent suspension instead of legs. Seems very capable of doing some real work. More pictures at Impress Watch (where I was first alerted to the robot).
