Troody, MIT's Bipedal Walker

Peter Dilworth of the MIT Leg Lab is working on a production prototype of Troody, the Troodon-based biped walker he has been doing research on for several years. The research model of Troody has 16 joints and 36 sensors including a vestibular system for balance. The full story is available in this MIT press release.
